Terms & Conditions

Placing an order signifies your agreement to our terms and conditions.

Orders
Orders will be taken by phone or email, but manufacture will not start until the deposit is received.
If you want confirmation of an order, please enclose SAE.
You can also use the online printable order form.
Stoles are all made to order and are therefore non-returnable, and payment non-refundable. Please ensure that you request a different length, if needed, at the time of order, as any alterations will incur a fee.
Fabric samples are available upon request.

Deposits
Orders must be accompanied by 50% deposit or payment for full amount.

Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full on receipt of goods. Payment by cheque or credit card via paypal. Please make all cheques payable to “Visions Textiles”.
If you wish to pay by credit card, please email me first and I will send an invoice through paypal.

Measurements
Stoles are made to a standard size -
Length = 54" each side
Width = 2¾” at neck, 5¼” at bottom.
If a different size is required, please state when ordering, as alterations will not be made afterwards.

Stoles are made with a cross at the neck, if this is not required, please state when ordering.

Stoles are made with a V-neck. If you require a straight neck please state.

Preaching scarves are made from polyester fabric, and are pleated at the neck, and are lined but not interlined.

As all stoles are made to order, it can take an average of four weeks from ordering to delivery.
If you require the stole for a specific date, please state clearly on the order form.
Always order in plenty of time.

Postage
Goods are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees delivery by 1pm next day. P&P is charged at £4.50 per order.
