Placing an order signifies your agreement to our terms and conditions.

Orders
Orders will be taken directly through this site using PayPal, by phone, by email or by using our online printable order form .  Manufacture will not start until payment is received. If you want confirmation of an order, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope. Stoles are all made to order and are therefore non-returnable and payment non-refundable. Please ensure that you request a different length, if needed, at the time of order, as any alterations will incur a fee. Fabric samples are available upon request.

Payment
Payment must be received in full in advance. Payment can be made through PayPal using bank transfer, credit or debit card. For more details about PayPal please click on this box.

If you wish to pay by cheque make cheques payable to “Visions Textiles”.

Measurements
Stoles are made to a standard size -
Length = 54" (137cm) each side
Width = 3” (7.5cm) at neck, 5¼” (14cm) at bottom.
If a different size is required please state when ordering as any alterations afterwards will incur a fee of the order of £25 (dependent on work required) plus £5 return postage and packing.

Stoles are made with a cross at the neck and with a V-neck.

Preaching scarves are made from polyester fabric, are pleated at the neck, and are lined but not interlined.

If a different size, straight neck or other changes are required please contact us . Alterations after purchase will incur a fee of the order of £25 dependent on work required plus £5 return postage and packing.

As all stoles are made to order, it can take an average of four weeks from ordering to delivery, although it often takes less than this. If you have a specific date you need the stole for please contact us

Postage
Goods are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees UK delivery by 1pm next day. Postage and packing is charged at £5.00 per item . Overseas orders will take longer to deliver.
